The weights are fine. But they don’t fit over a standard bar which other York weights do. So I’ve spent about 3 hours filing them so they now fit over.
GREAT BIKE
Great bike, fast and friendly customer service. Fast delivery and easy to assemble.10/10 would recommend both the bike and the company itself x

Prompt delivery. Bike is easy to put together. We’ve had the bike for a few weeks now and it works great. It’s very silent.

Best price by a mile and delivered within 2 days - how can you argue with that ?
Exercise bike Ordered online. Ordering process simple. Email updates with status and quick delivery.
Always came back to me quickly and helped with what I needed.
My experience hasnt been good unfortunately. I placed an order 7 days ago, on a Saturday and was told that would ship on Monday. A week on, no news.
Not good updates from customer services , they gave me an order shipping number but it hasnt been shipped yet. I regret not buying directly with Amazon. Nobody answers the phone.
Would expect news this weeks. Dissapointing.
Ordered spinning bike, money taken out of account. Didn’t hear anything for six days so emailed JLL. They replied that they didn’t have it in stock, shame they couldn’t figure that out and tell me without me having to chase them up.
We looked at various treadmills and decided JLL provided the sort of machine at the right price and with the functionality which was appropriate for us. Our only problem was that the web site did not give enough information for us to decide which of the available machines was most suitable. It would be nice to know the 'age' of the design or issue and also information about sturdiness. We noted that there is a difference in weight between machines but it was not clear what the pros and cons of weight are. Specifying the diameter of the drive rollers would also be useful. My final point is that we found all suppliers don't seem to take the old machine away unless they had supplied it. In a way that is understandable but changing supplier will always happen and I would have thought there should be some collaboration between suppliers to re-cycle them in a better way than simply taking them to the local dump. These comments are intended to be constructive and are not criticisms of JLL, but they are the sort of questions and issues we had. We cannot fault JLL in terms of price, delivery or information about delivery, The purchase all went very well.
